Well, its simple there are some lists of people which you can follow and the would probably follow you back but you can submit your own twitter account in the list so people can follow you.There is a two lists one is the Free TwitterBlast List Another Is Vip TwitterBlast List....

2- On the page you will see couples of Follow buttons you can follow them because they will follow you
3- On The Right hand side you will see "Add Your Twitter!" Click It
4- It will take you to a adfly page wait and skip the add
5- It Will take you to a form fill it up with your Twitter Username and Email
6-Done! Wait 4-8 hours to approve and you will see your Twitter Follow Button on the List..
